Business and scope
These terms govern worldwide purchases of physical mats, rugs, underlays, grip products and floor-care goods, Floor Free accounts, paid Underfoot Club memberships, and use of the Floor Finder. Orders and payment
All prices and checkout amounts are in USD. An order offer is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud, delivery restriction or legal reasons and will return any captured amount due.
Stripe or PayPal processes payment when selected. We do not handle complete card credentials. Cross-border duties, taxes or brokerage charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly includes them.
Products, colour and measurement
Images are faithful photographic or rendered references, but textile colour, pile direction and texture can vary with batch, lighting and display. Measure the intended area and moving door edge. Listed dimensions use ordinary textile tolerances. Product pages state contents, thickness, backing and care.
Floor compatibility and safety
Confirm the exact floor manufacturer guidance before ordering. Rubber, PVC, grip coatings and removable adhesive may discolour, mark or react with hardwood, laminate, vinyl and other finishes during prolonged contact. Patch-test first, lift periodically, and use only marked products over underfloor heating.
Grip layers and treads can reduce movement but cannot eliminate slip or fall risk. Keep them clean, dry, flat and correctly positioned; replace curled, shifted, worn or damaged goods. They are not a substitute for professional accessibility or fall-prevention work.
Membership
Floor Club is $12 monthly or $115 yearly. Floor Studio is $43 monthly or $413 yearly and includes one physical seasonal care or mat delivery each quarter. Membership benefits have no cash or stored value and do not roll over. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; benefits continue to the end of the paid term. A quarterly item already dispatched is not refundable except where law requires.
Accounts and minors
Keep sign-in links and account access secure and provide accurate information. Children under 13 may not use the site. Ages 13–17 require guardian consent. We may suspend access used unlawfully or against the Acceptable Use Policy.
Shipping, returns and faults
Delivery, cancellation, returns and refund rules form part of these terms. Review the Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude, including fraud or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for damage caused by ignored compatibility instructions, omitted patch-testing, unsuitable underfloor-heating use, unauthorised cutting, poor maintenance or continued use after curling, wear or movement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory rights and forum protections provided by the law of their residence. Contact support@veitchifloorr.shop first so we can try to resolve a concern.
